Information is not a quotation

Descriptions of services, specifications, standards references and example scopes on this website are general guidance. They are not an offer, a quotation, or engineering advice for any specific building. Only a written proposal signed by an authorized representative of Wiscom Services Inc. constitutes an offer, and the scope, price, exclusions and terms in that document control.

Estimates and proposals

Estimates are prepared from the information available at the time and from observed conditions during a site survey. Concealed conditions, changes in scope, or inaccurate information provided to us may require a written change order. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the proposal.

Codes, permits and inspections

Work is performed to applicable codes and standards in force at the project location. Where permits and inspections are required, responsibility for obtaining them will be stated in the proposal. Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the work area.

Warranty

Warranty terms for labor and materials are stated in your proposal or contract. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to you and, where applicable, registered on your behalf. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, power events outside specification, or work performed by others.

References to manufacturers, platforms or standards are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. This site may link to third-party sites, including a payment processor; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wiscom Services Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from contracted work is governed by the terms of the applicable proposal or contract.

Payments

Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Online payments are handled by a third-party processor subject to its own terms. See our payment page for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
