What we do
Eight low voltage disciplines. One contract, one crew, one number to call.
Most buildings end up with a different vendor for every system, and every one of them blames the others when something breaks. Wiscom self-performs the whole stack, which is why the handoffs actually work.
Network Cabling
Structured copper & fiber backbones, certified and documented.

The difference shows up two years after the install.
Anybody can pull cable. The question is whether the next technician can read the labels, whether the test results exist, and whether the system still works when the building changes.
- Certified, not just connected. Every link tested to standard with a report you keep.
- Documented as-builts. Labels, schedules, elevations and drawings at close-out.
- Own crews, not day labor. Trained, badged and accountable to one project lead.
- Designed to grow. Spare pathway, spare ports, spare capacity built in from day one.
- Code-first. NEC, TIA, IBC and life-safety requirements engineered in, not patched after inspection.
- Straight answers. If a product is wrong for your building, we tell you before you buy it.
Close-out package
What you get when we demobilize
- Link-by-link certification reports
- ANSI/TIA-606 labeling on both ends of every cable
- Rack elevations and port-to-port schedules
- Floor plans marked with every device location
- Credentials handed over securely, defaults removed
- Training for the people who run it day to day
- Warranty registration completed on your behalf
Ask any contractor for this list before you sign. It is the fastest way to tell a system integrator from a cable puller.
How we work
A process built to survive the punch list.
No surprises, no vague scopes, no “we’ll figure it out in the field.” Eight steps from first call to ongoing support.
See the full process
Scoped on site, not over the phone.
We walk the building before we quote it, so the number you get reflects the ceiling, the pathway and the power that are actually there.
Discovery call
We start with what the building has to do, not with a product list. Scope, site count, schedule, budget range and who else is on the job.
Site survey
We walk the space. Existing conditions, pathways, closet locations, power, ceiling type, line of sight, obstructions. On multi-site work we survey a representative sample and template it.
Design & engineering
Drawings, device counts, camera fields of view, AP placement, door schedules, rack elevations and a bill of materials. You see the design before you approve the price.
Written proposal
A line-item scope you can actually compare against another bid, with exclusions stated plainly and options priced separately rather than buried.
Installation
Our own crews, badged and safety-trained, coordinated with the GC and other trades. Clean pathways, correct supports, protected finishes and a tidy site at the end of every shift.
Industries
We speak your building’s language.
A hospital corridor, a warehouse rack aisle and a sanctuary are three different engineering problems. We scope each one on its own terms.

Commercial Office
Fit-outs, floor moves and building-wide refreshes coordinated around occupied tenants.

Retail & Restaurant
Multi-site rollouts with a repeatable install package, POS cabling, loss prevention, music and paging.

Healthcare & Clinics
Infection-control-aware work, nurse call pathways, controlled medication rooms and strict patient-privacy handling.

Education & Campuses
Classroom-density Wi-Fi, lockdown-capable access control, intercom and bell integration, summer-window scheduling.

Warehouse & Logistics
High-bay wireless for scanners, dock and yard cameras, gate access and long-run fiber between buildings.

Multi-Family & MDU
Unit and amenity coverage, package room control, gate and lobby intercom, resident-facing directories.

Manufacturing & Industrial
Harsh-environment cabling and cameras, plant-floor networking, controls wiring and plant-wide paging.

Hospitality & Venues
Guest Wi-Fi at density, distributed audio, signage, back-of-house cameras and event-space AV.

Wiscom started in 2017 as a small low voltage business. Today the Doraville office, just outside Atlanta, is the hub for nationwide operations. Estimating, engineering, procurement and crew dispatch all run from one place, which is why a site in another state still gets the same documentation and the same project lead.
- Local & regional: Georgia, Alabama and the Southeast on routine dispatch
- National rollouts: one install package, repeated site by site
- Single point of contact regardless of how many sites are in play

Questions
Straight answers before you call.
Everything in a building that carries signal or low-power rather than line-voltage electrical: network cabling and fiber, security cameras, access control, intercom, wireless, audio visual, paging, and the server and switching gear that ties it together. Wiscom self-performs all of it, plus the related power and pathway work, so you are not coordinating six subcontractors.
Both, and we are structured for each. New construction means rough-in coordinated to the GC’s schedule, submittals, RFIs and inspections. Remodels mean working around an occupied building: after-hours windows, dust containment, protected finishes and planned cut-overs so nobody loses a work day.
Our office is in Doraville, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, and we mobilize crews nationwide. Local and regional work across Georgia and the Southeast is routine; for national rollouts we build a repeatable install package and deploy it site by site with consistent documentation.
Yes. We audit what is there, document the condition honestly, and tell you what is worth keeping. Open-platform systems are straightforward to adopt. Where a previous contractor left a genuinely proprietary or undocumented system, we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Estimates are free and start with a conversation, then a site survey where the project warrants one. You get a written, line-item scope, including what is excluded, so you can compare it honestly against another bid instead of guessing what is behind a single lump-sum number.
Yes. Service agreements cover preventive maintenance, firmware and software updates, health monitoring, priority response and moves-adds-changes. Plenty of clients start with one install and keep us on for everything after.
Free estimate · No obligation
Let’s scope your project.
Tell us what the building has to do. We’ll walk the site, design the system around it and give you a written estimate with no line items you can’t explain.
- Site survey before we quote, not after
- Written scope so you can compare bids honestly
- One accountable contractor across every low voltage trade
